How We Figure Weekly Rates: A weekly rates consists of 7 (seven) days or more. So, 7 x the daily rate - 20% = weekly rate. Discount Programs Vinehurst Inn participates in AAA and AARP discount programs. Guests presenting an AAA or AARP membership card at the time of check in will receive a 10% discount off the regular daily rate. These discounts cannot be combined with other discount programs. Cancellation Policy If you cancel four (4) days or more before your date of arrival there will not be any charges assessed. Under three (3) days will result in a charge of 50%, or half the amount due. If you cancel the night before, or the day of your arrival you will be assessed the full amount of your stay. If we have enough notice and we sell your room you will not be charged. However, if your reservation was on a weekend where a two (2) or three (3) night minimum applies and we are only able to sell that room for only one night you will be charged the remaining balance for the other night(s).
